• Location of the land, (taking in consideration wind directions etc).
• When the track construction should be finalized.

PROCEDURE

For anyone interested in hiring EliteTrax, the procedure is the following:

• Fill in and return the online BMX track build application form.
• If deemed necessary, a site visit will be carried out by the EliteTrax BMX track builder (at the expense of the organizer).
• A contract will be made between the customer and EliteTrax to outline the responsibilities and duties respectively. 50% of the track construction fee shall be paid upon signature of the agreement.
• Once the date for the construction has been set and confirmed, the customer will communicate regularly with the EliteTrax builder, regarding track design and confirming material and machinery. The dates should be carefully chosen, to avoid wet and cold weather (which normally delays the construction).
• The actual track build is normally conducted under a 10-14 day period. This can however vary depending on the weather.
